Product introduction:
Non shrink grout for Heavy machinery installation and large infrastructure projects
Non-shrinkage grouting material is high strength material as an aggregate (such as: quartz sand, Silicon carbide, etc.),use the cement, grout masterbatch as the medium, made from high flow, micro expansion, segregation and other admixture.
Features:
1. It is precast in factory that could be used by adding water.
2. It is not contain metallic materials which could cause rust.
3. It has high strength and long durability in the early period.
4. It has good artesian function, rapid hardening, less than 1 hours.
5. It is not contain chloride that could avoid the corrosion to the steel and bolt.

Application:
1. It is suitable for flow type grouting materials, precast or pre-casting folder and the grouting of the column.
2. It can be used to fill the holes and defects of concrete and joint cracks between the blocks. As well as concrete joint, cable car track and mechanical support, etc.
3. It is used for the secondary grouting of the installation of steel column and equipment.

Treatment of base plane
It should be clean, strong, and free of grease, dust, powder and other loose materials.
Bolts and nuts should be cleaned.
The concrete base materials should be pre-wet but without clear water before construction.

Stir with enough water using the high-speed electric stirrer for 5 minutes.
Construction
The product should be used with 30 minutes after stirring in general temperature.
The thickness of non-shrinkage grouting should be between 20 and 150mm.

Construction guidelines of NON SHRINK GROUT
1. Tools prepared: stirring machine, grouting equipment, templates & maintenance agent.
2. When secondary grouting, the horizontal distance between the plate and the base of the equipment should be controlled at about 100mm, the top of the template should not be lower than the surface of the equipment.
3. When reinforcing the concrete structure, the template support shall have sufficient grouting hole and vent hole, the filling aperture shall not be less than 50mm, and the spacing shall not exceed 1000mm.
4. When mixing the cement grouting materials, water should be added according to the requirements and mix by a certain stirrer. Suggest to add 2/3 water first and stir for about 3 minutes, then add the remaining water and mix evenly. The mixing place should be close to the grouting site.
5. Anchor bolt anchorage grouting:
(1) When the anchor bolt holed, the bolt hole wall is rough, the hole should be cleaned, it must not have the dirt, grease and other impurities, and using water to fully moisten the hole wall. Water accumulation should be cleared before grouting.
(2) Remove grease and rust on the surface of anchor bolts before grouting.
(3) Injected the ready mixed grout into the bolt hole and during the grouting processing the vibration is forbidden. Appropriate mild ramming is allowed when necessary. Do not adjust the bolt once the grouting is finished..
6. Secondary grouting of equipment foundation
(1)During the grouting processing, the equipment contacted baseplate and the concrete foundation should be cleaned without any gravel, float, ash, oil, wax, etc. The concrete foundation should be fully moistened 24 hours before grouting, water should not be accumulated 1 hour before grouting.
(2)When secondary grouting, the processing should be made from one side to the other side until the other side is spilled. As the grouting starts, it must be continuous and shorten the grouting time as much as possible.
(3)For track base and longer grouting distance, section construction should be depended on the actual need of the project. Each length shall not be more than 5 meters. If the equipment floor has complex structure, it is advisable to use pressure grouting.
(4) Vibration is not allowed when grouting processing, grouting booster is suggested when necessary; the booster pushes the grouting material along the bottom of the flow direction of the slurry. It is strictly forbidden from the upper and upper layers of the grouting material.
(5) After the equipment foundation grouting is completed, it should be cut on the edge of the grouting material after initial setting along the floor 45 ° Angle, if such trimming cannot be made, it should be pressed polished the surface lightly by a spatula..
7. Concrete structure modification and reinforcing grouting:
(1) The concrete surface of cement grouting material should be fully chipped.
(2)For concrete structure repairmen, the loose concrete should be removed and reinforced, and the edges of the area should be cut into vertical shape.
(3)Clean all the gravel, dust or other impurities and moisten the concrete surface before grouting.
(4)Injected the ready mixed grout into the template and percuss it properly.
(5) When the thickness of grouting layer is greater than 150mm, relevant measures should be taken to prevent temperature cracks.
8. Construction maintenance measures:
(1)When grouting, the average temperature should not be below 5℃, after the grouting is finished, the exposed part should be sprayed with curing agent or covering plastic film, and the wet straw bag is need for moisture keeping. When covered with plastic film, the exposed surface of cement-based grouting material should be covered strictly to keep the solidification water in the plastic film. When the surface of grouting material is inconvenient to water, it can spray curing agent.
(2) The grouting material should be kept in a wet state and should not be maintained for less than 7 days.
(3) When the quick hardening cement grouting material is adopted, the maintenance measures should be carried out according to the method of product requirement.
(4) If grouting processed in winter, when the project has no special requirements for the strength growth, the exposed part should be covered by the plastic film and the insulation material in time after the filling, and the starting curing temperature should not be less than 5℃. The watered curing is forbidden at negative temperature conditions.
(5) When temperature differences between the grouting material surface and the environmental temperature is greater than 20℃, the insulation material should be used to cover the curing.
(6) If the environment temperature is lower than the minimum construction temperature required by the cement grouting material or the need to accelerate the strength growth, the artificial heating maintenance method can be adopted, and the maintenance measures should conform to the existing national standards.
